Our dedicated learning and development arm Gatehouse Academy was officially launched early in 2009 in response to increased demand from our clients and others for high quality communication-focused training, coaching and professional development support.
Gatehouse Academy now offers a range of services – from high quality ‘off the shelf’ and bespoke courses aimed at communicators, leaders and line managers, to the development of tailored competency frameworks and role profiles to ensure team members are focused on the right things.
From understanding the potential opportunities and implications of social media in the corporate world or how to develop and implement communications strategy, through to facilitating team meetings or supporting the communications requirements for a new CEO in their first 90 days, Gatehouse Academy can provide relevant, targeted and effective training to help equip your people with the necessary tools to make them more effective.
As well as delivering various one-off courses for a variety of blue chip organisations in recent months, we have been engaged by a number of leading businesses and UK Government departments to run long term professional development programmes for their in-house communication teams. Our new BiteSize programmes, in particular, are proving a big hit in both the public and private sectors.
