Operational Change Programme
What We Did:
In 2011, we supported Cobham with an operational change programme through a number of services which we offer. We started off by carrying out a global communications audit which then led to creating a communications strategy for them.
We then helped them implement some of the creative elements within that strategy such as an in-house film, various design materials and bespoke presentations for their communications team.
